Shameful Advertising

The world saddens me often, the way people act, and I feel embarassed when its the large corporations which should be setting an example of proipiety for the world having the following advertisement which first appears to be a boon to the community by reporting "Warning signs your liver is sending you" and then providing 10's of adverts and zero advice (unless you want to keep clicking through more and more pages of advertisements in the thin hope that eventually you might reach some honest advice on this subject). I think its absolutely disgusting to abuse people concerned with their health like this without even providing immediate helpful information, indeed it just reads like a setup for selling health services, not a genuine informational post to help and advise the public (dispicable):

Even if there is some content somewhere concealed in these pages, the shameless advertising surrounding this makes me sick. These people are truely beneth contempt for allowing such an act. I'd even be molified if it was in the top of the page 20 listed facts, but of course that wouldn't drive the greedy advertising revenues would it.
